PD installation instructions for trackers

download pd from http://crca.ucsd.edu/msp/
install one version of pd in /usr/local/bin and another in your user's home directory. this makes everything very stable. you could also use just one pd installed in /usr/local/bin

you can run pd in alsa mode but i have found that it runs more stable in alsa's oss-emulation.
