Newsletter is meant to be a drop in newsletter app,  it is meant to be included in you main site therefore there is nothing to installing this,  Just change the values in config/config.php to your requirements,  the file has comments in to help.

Create a database and load mysql.sql
	mysqladmin -u root -p create newsletter
	mysql -p -u root newsletter <mysql.sql


once you have done that move everything under your docroot and point users to newsletter.php to subscribe - unsubscribe
for the admin point to newsletter.php?func=admin
